Our high tip buckets are designed to our customers’ specific application using only premium material.
- Achieve a dump action of 2.085 metres above that of a conventionally mounted standard bucket
- 1cm³ to 14cm³ capacity (Other sizes are available upon request)
- Independent twin ram double clamp
- Quick hitch or direct mount fitment
- Bolt on reversible wear edge
- Bolt on heel plates
- Our high tip buckets are fitted with hydraulic cross line relief valves to protect the hydraulic system on our buckets.
- Comes complete with all hoses and fittings
- Hydraulic slow down valve fitted to clamp
- Electric solenoid valve fitted, if required for 4th line

BAC High Tip Buckets are manufactured using the following materials
- Hardox™ – complete fabrication for abrasive / hard wearing environments
- Hardox™ wear parts- where certain elements need to have harder wearing capabilities
- Domex™ – where a lighter, high strength bucket required
- Mild Steel – S355
- Hard Face Welding can be applied to areas subjected to high abrasive wear

BAC High Tip and Standard Clamp Buckets
BA Caulkett high capacity Clamp Shell Buckets are designed for a wide range of applications. These include bulk handling of a wide range of agricultural materials including manure, grain, and wood chip.
A benefit of the Clamp Bucket is that larger volumes can be moved as the bucket floor opens to release material, as the load centres are kept closer compared to a conventional high tip bucket configuration.
If moving manure there are further benefits over traditional high tip buckets. On a clamp shell bucket the rams are set vertical, which means they avoid being pressed into the manure. This is a problem for high tip buckets with twin rams.
BA CAulkett Clam Buckets utilise Hardox high tensile steels in their design and features high capacity hydraulic cylinders for a positive bucket opening. Ideally rams will be covered to provide spill protection.
