Premium Quality Products
All of our loading shovel attachments are made using only the highest quality materials. This ensures that our products excel in even the most demanding of environments. Our durable solutions are long term investments that provide years of unfaltering service.
Made In Britain
Our attachments are manufactured in our own purpose built facility, which is located in the county of Suffolk. Here, in East Anglia, we employ the use of CAD software and cutting edge manufacturing technologies, including CNC press brakes, guillotines and plasma cutters. This ensures that we are able to provide a quick turnaround with no compromise on quality.
All of our engineers are coded to BS4872 all manufacture of our products is carried out start to finish in house. This is a hugely significant factor that enables us to maintain our extremely high level of quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
The Right Solution for You
Our industry experience means that we understand that every operation is unique and that every company requires a solution that is tailored to their specific requirements. Tailored solutions can not only help to optimise efficiency but also improve productivity.
Our products are available in a range of sizes, angles and spacings to suit your needs. Moreover, our attachments are universally compatible and can be supplied to fit any make or model of loader or materials handler.

Key Technical Considerations
- Operating weight and tipping load of the loading shovel
- Hydraulic flow and pressure requirements
- Machine linkage and quick hitch compatibility
- Material density (kg/m³) being handled
- Required attachment capacity and duty cycle
- Centre of gravity and effect on machine stability
Why does it matter?
Selecting an oversized or undersized attachment reduces productivity and can compromise machine safety.
A correctly matched attachment maximises payload, fuel efficiency and component life whilst maintaining the manufacturer’s stability limits.
Correct attachment specification ensures optimum performance, maximum productivity and safe machine operation.
Key Technical Considerations
- Material characteristics (light, dense, abrasive, wet or compacted)
- Bucket profile, floor angle and spill guard design
- Wear package options including HB400/HB500 steel, Hardox®, bolt-on edges and heel shrouds
- Capacity measured to ISO standards
- Visibility from the operator’s seat
Why does it matter?
Different materials require completely different attachment geometries.
Using the correct attachment can increase tonnes moved per hour, reduce material loss and minimise unnecessary machine cycles.
Matching the attachment design to the material handled maximises productivity whilst reducing operating costs.
Key Technical Considerations
- Hydraulic ram sizing
- Hydraulic operating pressure
- Oil flow requirements
- Cylinder stroke and operating geometry
- Pin and bush dimensions
- Stress distribution through the hitch and loader arms
- Load path through the attachment frame
Why does it matter?
Attachments that exceed the hydraulic or structural capabilities of the loader accelerate wear on pins, bushes, loader arms and hydraulic cylinders.
Proper engineering ensures smooth operation without overloading the machine.
Correct hydraulic and structural matching protects the loader whilst ensuring reliable attachment performance.
Key Technical Considerations
- Replaceable cutting edges
- Reversible bolt-on wear edges
- Replaceable heel plates
- Side wear strips
- Wear-resistant steel construction
- Greaseable pivot points
- Heavy-duty bushes
- Reinforced high-stress areas
Why does it matter?
Wear components are significantly less expensive to replace than repairing the bucket structure itself.
Well-designed protection extends service life, reduces downtime and lowers the total cost of ownership.
Replaceable wear components protect the main structure and minimise long-term maintenance costs.
Key Technical Considerations
A comprehensive supplier should offer solutions such as:
- General Purpose Buckets

Why does it matter?
Purchasing from a single specialist supplier ensures consistency in design, compatibility and ongoing support across the entire fleet.
It simplifies maintenance, parts management and future equipment upgrades while providing confidence that every attachment has been engineered specifically for its intended application rather than adapted as a compromise.
A specialist supplier provides engineered compatibility, comprehensive product support and long-term fleet consistency.
