B.A. Caulkett Trade Show Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   1.1 The competition is open to all attendees of the Resource & Waste Management Expo 2024, except employees of B.A. Caulkett, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
   1.2 Participants must be aged 18 or over.
   1.3 Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
2. How to Enter
   2.1 To enter the competition, participants must visit the B.A. Caulkett stand at the Resource & Waste Management Expo 2024
   2.2 Participants must have their photograph taken within a High Tip Bucket at the stand.
   2.3 Participants must then complete the online entry form provided by B.A. Caulkett and upload their photograph.
   2.4 All entries must be submitted online by the end of the Expo on 12th September .
3. The Prize
   3.1 The prize consists of one Jacket, one Hat, and one Cap, all of which are branded with the B.A. Caulkett logo.
   3.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
   3.3 B.A. Caulkett reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is not available.
4. Selection of the Winner
   4.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
   4.2 The draw will be conducted by an independent adjudicator or a panel of judges appointed by B.A. Caulkett.
   4.3 The winner will be notified via the contact details provided on the entry form within 14 days of the competition closing date.
   4.4 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, B.A. Caulkett reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
5. Publicity
   5.1 By entering the competition, participants consent to B.A. Caulkett using their name and photograph for promotional purposes without further compensation.
   5.2 The winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity required by B.A. Caulkett.
6. Data Protection
   6.1 Personal data provided during the course of this competition will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
   6.2 Participants’ information will be used solely for the purposes of this competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7. General
   7.1 B.A. Caulkett reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
   7.2 B.A. Caulkett accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or fail to reach the organiser by the relevant closing date for any reason.
   7.3 By entering this competition, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
   7.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
